Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand the need or flexibility as life is hectic and things come up. Should anything interfere with your appointment time, and you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We may require a deposit for future appointments if cancellations become common or if you no show.
Running Late
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be able to receive all of your scheduled services or may be asked to reschedule.
Our Guarantee
If you encounter any challenges or concerns after one of your services. Please contact us within 7 days of the original service. We are happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional charge. Any "minor tweaks" must align with the original consultation/plan. Any changes, other than that which was discussed during the original consultation/plan, will be charged at regular price.
Common Courtesies
Please note that the salon environment can be dangerous and quite boring for little ones. It is not recommended to bring them unless they have an appointment or another adult, not being serviced, to look after them to prevent
accidents. The Hair HQ is
NOT childproof. There are chemicals, breakables, outlets, sharp & hot tools, cleaners etc. sitting out or easily reachable to little hands. Also keep in mind that your hair's final result will reflect the level of distraction when a little one is underfoot.
The Hair HQ reserves the right to refuse service to any client, for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or for any other situation that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.
